I don’t know why but I get so excited about the colour of the year.
In theory, it’s silly that a paint company gets this much hype but hey, I’m not complaining.
As many of you know, last year’s colour of the year accolade was split between Rose Quartz and Serenity (a light pink and pastel purple). This year, Pantone decided to crown 2017 the year of greenery.
Some people are still swearing by rose quartz (I’ll admit, it’s definitely a fashion colour that’s here to say) but I’m such a fan of this lime green. I think it makes perfect sense considering the trends of minimalism, the Kondo technique and hygge and Greenery’s deep connection to nature, simplicity and calm.
So, in the spirit of this colour, I put together a little list to help sprinkle a little more Greenery in your life.
